Anybody who has met me has probably heard the phrase "adventure isn't an activity, it's a mindset"... And they have probably heard it more than anyone needs to hear a single phrase in their lives, but for me this was a revelation. I've always wanted a life of adventure, a life filled with excitement and new things. I was always looking for the adventure until I realised that adventure is everywhere, in everyday things. In walking a different way to work or seeing what is down that road I've never walked down. In grabbing a sleeping bag and having a microadventure in the park or running around the city to see how many Paddington Bears you can find in a day. Adventure is everywhere.

Since then I have set out to fill my life with adventure, excitement and amazing people.
